The flatware features engraved silver plated blades/tines, with sterling silver ferrules and polished mother of pearl handles. In great condition, the pieces look like they were barely used and have been well taken care of over the years. The knife blades are marked with a makers mark for Levesley Brothers of Sheffield, prominent from the late 1800s until the firm closed in 1929. The silver ferrules/collars on each piece are marked "sterling.” This set consists of 12 forks, 12 knives, and one wooden case with keys.

The knives measure approximately 7.25” long and forks measure 6" long. Please note the measurements, this is dessert or luncheon flatware meant for smaller meals, it is not your average dinner flatware, these pieces are 1 to 2 inches shorter than the average stainless steel flatware we are used to these days.
