This sculptural plate features a bold abstract composition with vertical cobalt blue bands, earthy brown and black accents, and expressive splatter and drip glazing throughout. The surface has rich texture and depth, characteristic of Zala’s experimental ceramic work of the late 1980s.

The plate is signed and dated on the underside and is presented on a minimalist black metal display stand, making it ideal as a sculptural art object, pedestal display, or wall-adjacent decorative statement.
