Now a collectors item as it is no longer in print, this is an excellent find with no evidence of even being read. With separate yellow and white striped file pockets for your own notes or articles on Gardening, Entertaining, Cooking and Decorating along with blank pages for your own personal notes, this book contains a multitude of potential projects and visual inspiration for the Fall season.

There are 138 pages and the book measures 9" X 11 1/4" and just about an inch thick (15 16ths to be exact). The book is spiral bound with no creased pages, none of the blank pages have been written in, all pages pristine. Cover, spine and back have no indentations. In the essence of full disclosure, the back, while perfect at first glance, if tilted on certain angle in bright light, shows a slight shiny thin vertical sheen of sorts which can only be from being against other books on a shelf - it is not immediately visible, nor is it a mark, but rather a subtle highlight in the matte finish similar to that often found on books when newly purchased.
