Gorgeous, true antique Victorian era, coal scuttle with the original wood & copper scoop.
The front of the box is glass with a painted buck, still fairly vivid in color.
Really love the hunting cabin or outdoorsy like vibe this piece gives off.
As you may see in the photos, there is a little bit of minor natural age related wear or patina that may be found in places. Very minor cleaning up might possibly be needed in a couple spots as well...
This piece is marked H. Loveridge with a metal brass place on the underside.
Coal scuttle will take a spatial footprint of roughly 12" wide X 18" deep X 19" tall to the highest spot on the handle.
