This Vintage Reuge Musical Carousel was handcrafted in Italy in the classic Capodimonte style and plays "Laura's Theme" and Edelweiss" using a Swiss movement. Made of hand-painted porcelain with a sterling silver base, it features cherub figures and six small doors that open to hold lipsticks or cigarettes.
It stands 13" 3" Inches Tall and 7" Inches Wide. The wind up mechanism works with a pus-start button and plays smoothly. It retains the original Reuge and "Made in Italy" labels.
A beautiful collectible for vintage music box lovers, Capodimonte collectors, are as an elegant vanity or dresser display.
