This sofa consists of three fully freestanding curved sections, allowing for easier transport, flexible placement, and white-glove delivery while maintaining its dramatic continuous silhouette when assembled.

Each of the three sections are fully freestanding. The center section is curved, and the sofa may be arranged as a full three-piece sectional or used without the center section, allowing for flexible placement depending on space and layout.

Design details include deep diamond button tufting, exposed hand-carved wood crest rails, scrolled arms, turned legs, and original fringe trim. The carved detailing and curved form reflect the high level of craftsmanship typical of custom-ordered luxury furniture from the post-war era.

The sofa retains its original upholstery tags, including a United Furniture Workers of America (UFWA, AFL-CIO) union label, confirming American manufacture and quality construction. Upholstery materials consist of a traditional mid-century blend of cotton felt, rubberized hog hair, and latex foam rubber.

Upholstered in its original champagne-toned damask fabric, the sofa presents beautifully and remains structurally sound. Fabric shows age-appropriate wear consistent with a vintage piece, with no major tears or structural concerns noted.

This is not a modern reproduction, but a true vintage luxury sectional with intact provenance—an increasingly hard-to-find form, especially in a modular, freestanding configuration.
