Materials: Head, hands, and feet carved in polychrome wood; framed body for dressing; glass eyes; vestments in brocade and silk with lace; 18th-century silver-gilt crown with radiating rays. : A devotional image, with a serene and melancholic expression typical of Baroque depictions of Our Lady of Sorrows. It retains its original polychromy, with signs of craquelure and slight wear.
