This matching pair of vintage aquatint prints is by Dutch Pop Art modernist Thom De Jong (1940–1988). The first piece, titled Country Fair, features a vibrant carnival scene with a red and white tent, Ferris wheel, and classic fair signage. It is hand-signed, titled, and numbered 5/300. The second work, titled Danish Village, is an early aquatint from around 1960 and shows De Jong’s tonal, watercolor-like etching style. It is also hand-signed, titled, and numbered 3/300. Both pieces showcase his graphic Pop Art sensibility, strong color, and detailed composition.
Each print is matted and set behind glass in matching blue-toned square metal frames, giving the pair a cohesive, display-ready presentation.
