19th Century Regency Gilt Mirror This is a very impressive large carved gilt mirror, the glass is set in a … Read more 19th Century Regency Gilt Mirror This is a very impressive large carved gilt mirror, the glass is set in a deeply moulded frame which is crowned with exquisite carvings of cherubs holding a basket of flowers, the flower theme is repeated at the upper corners and the centre bottom of the frame The mirror has a superb patina, the gold is dark and reflective, it is in generally good condition with only very minor signs of its age to the gold frame The Mirror is 51” high and 32” wide and 5” deep TGY137 See less
