This early 20th-century whiskey bottle features bold embossed text reading “GUARANTEED FULL ½ PINT”, a mark commonly used on pre-Prohibition liquor and medicinal containers. The bottle is made of richly colored amethyst glass and displays the characteristic square-shoulder form with a tooled lip typical of its era. Collectors value these pieces for their crossover appeal—part barware history, part antique apothecary artifact. It makes a striking display piece for bar carts, vintage shelving, or decorative vignettes.
This piece has been irradiated to produce the deep purple color. It has a few scratches from wear commensurate with age, shows multiple mold marks and air bubbles.
