Store Item: Pair of D.R. Dimes Sack Back Windsor Arm Chairs Bench Made Black Crackle Finish
Description: Each Chair has a steam bent back with hand turned spindles, arm rail with carved paddle arms, carved shield seat resting on tapered vase and ring turned legs connected by H formed stretchers. Finished in black crackle finish. D.R. Dimes branding and paper lable to bottom of seat back. D.R. Dimes was considered one of the finest makers of windsor chairs in the United States. The windsor chairs were handcrafted using 18th century techniques in their workshop located in New Hampshire.
Condition Report: Very Good Condition with some scuffs, finish wear and scratches as expected with usage.
