Gorgeous motif of cherry blossoms in blue and birds agains a lovely cream background
3" diameter at the base x 6" diameter at the body x 3" diameter at the mouth x 10" high
The vases are in very good vintage condition

Cloisonne is an ancient technique for decorating metalwork objects with colored material held in place or separated by metal strips or wire. In recent centuries, enamel has been used (as seen in these vases), but inlays of cut gemstones, glass and other materials were also used during older periods.
