Here is the short ceiling version that does not hang from chain, but we actually have two of those as well! Clever design by Lincoln Manufacturing of Detroit, to use flat panels to surround the bulb instead a more expensive molded glass shade. Each fixture has 30 pieces of glass. Notice the vertical panels that surround the center tube. Here is the short ceiling version but we also have two of the taller version that hangs from a chain.
