Circa Approx … Read more This is an Exceptionally Nice & Very Fine Quality pair of Antique French Made Opera Glasses - Binoculars. Circa Approx 1890s. The Bodies, Handle, Rotating Focus Wheel & Eye Pieces are Made Out of Beautiful and Very Unusual Yellow & Rainbow Color Genuine High Grade Mother of Pearl. They have the Added Feature of a Telescoping Handle for Viewing Purposes that Can be Adjusted and Used When Extended at Any Length ( Will Stay in Place ). They are signed by the Well Documented - Premier Paris France Maker "LEMAIRE" - FAB - PARIS. They are Made out of Solid Brass with a Fine Gold Gilt Finish. They are in Excellent Cosmetic and Functional Condition - Display Beautifully. Some Light Age and Use Wear to the Gilt. By the way I Have Also Personally Cleaned the Internal Lenses to Maximize the Optics. They Display Beautifully as a Unique Decorator Item as Well!
