Fused Sheffield silver over copper platter with beautifully engraved family crest. Latin motto Quo Patria Vocat that translates to Whither Homeland Calls.
Platter made by two Creswick brothers.
Platter is made of thin sheet of silver fused to copper. Baroque edge mounts are pure silver filled in back with lead.
Platter above average in quality.
Some wear to platter.
