A bible box, all hand crafted from pine wood
Large size, possibly could've been used as a writing desk atop of a table
One large compartment and another one divided in four sections
Assembled together with hand hammered square head nails and dovetail joints
The original salmon / brick red paint remains
Circa 18th century, found in New England
Measurements: Approximately 30" x 20.5" x 16" high
It weighs 28 lbs. 8 oz.
