A great looking small furniture piece
Known as Priscilla stand, this self standing sewing box with two sided hinged lids was very fashionable in the early 20th century
The namesake comes from the popular American women's magazine "Modern Priscilla", published in Massachusetts from 1887 to 193
It has two deep organizing containers and a shallow drawer, divided in four sections, a perfect storage for sewing, knitting and crafts materials
A handle atop for carrying it around
It stands on turned legs with arched feet
Beautiful dark wood finish
Circa early 1900s, found in New England
Measurements: Approximately 26" high with handle x 13.5 " x 12" overall
It weighs 7 lbs. 2 oz.
