Renaissance Revival curule armchair of the Dante or Savonarola style. Quarter-sawn oak with "North Wind" face carving. 623 stamped on bottom of seat helps confirm that the chair was made by an established company. There is a repaired crack at both the front arm support and rear leg. Both have been glued and pinned. The repairs are structurally solid, but the cracks are visible. (See photo) See less
