Salvador dali (1904-1989) alsace, strasbourg original lithograph and heliogravure (matthieu and draeger workshops) signed with the signature stamp in the lower right corner on vellum, 37 x 54 cm (approx. 15 x 21 inches) edition of 1700 numbered copies (the photographed number is provided as an example) excellent condition references: listed in the catalogue raisonné: field 69-2 d / michler & lopsinger 1229 / sahli 133 this work, published by j schneider in 1969, was commissioned by the sncf to promote it; it is part of the "butterfly suite" series. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
