This pair have generous cigar arms with deep and wide seats over shapely moustache backs. Upholstered in a beautiful thick chestnut leather with brass studded backs all raised on oak block feet. Fully restored with new webbing and springs replaced where necessary. The oak frames are strong and the arms have been strengthened with new bolts to the original frames. The leather has been cleaned and conditioned to highlight its rich colour. Both chairs have their original seat cushions complementing this exceptional pair of chairs. Price is for the pair. French, circa 1940.
