"Florentina, Bogota" combined with "silver" refers to "Florentina," a brand name for silverware made in Bogota, Colombia. This bowl is made of 900 silver, produced in the 20th century.
The rim features noble coats of arms, flanked by standing lions holding up a crown with their tails.
It is engraved on the back. A business gift for Philips, the year is 1971. I have not polished the bowl, so it is authentic.
