A wonderful mid century cigar jar, Mark made in Italy, the exterior has a satin glass finish with depictions of smoking pipes in all shapes done in a painted gold. The top is a light maple stained wood with brass inset circles to hold the pipestem. The pipe would rest in the glass with the stem protruding from the lid, giving it a stylish way to store your pipes.
4.75 inches tall 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
Marked made in Italy
Very nice condition, no damage very minor scuffs to the exterior from use, there is evidence that this was used for pipe storage with residue remaining on the inside
