A signed and numbered limited-edition etching by renowned German-French printmaker Johnny Friedlaender (1912–1992). This impression is #19 of 80, pencil signed by the artist along the lower margin. Friedlaender is celebrated for his pioneering use of color etching and layered abstract forms; this work displays his signature blend of surrealist structure, textured plate work, and atmospheric tonal shifts.
The artwork remains in its original mid-century frame with a metallic silver and wood profile.
