This Reims Cathedral Lower West Rose is No.0358 by U.S. Historical Society. Collector plate is made in the U.S.A. Plate has a beautiful appearing stain glass image in the center with highly reflective silvery rim. Original box is silver with the golden double eagles lined with red velvet formed for plate. Plate holder is for display only.
