Maurice de vlaminck (1876-1958) self-portrait from 1908, 1951 engraving enhanced with stencil (atelier jacomet) unsigned limited to 325 unnumbered copies on vellum 39.5 x 32 cm information: one of the 15 engravings forming part of the "rive gauche" series through which the artist offers a poetic evocation of paris rive gauche. He describes the neighborhoods and artistic life he knew at the beginning of the 20th century. Excellent condition this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
