Japanese Meiji era Cloisonne charger plate. Vibrant turquoise blue background with intricate multi-colored designs of flowers, including a yellow chrysanthemum, winding vines, and leaves, and a single dragonfly. The base is also turquoise with a scrolling spiral design and green center. All bright and lovely. Measures 12" x 1 1/2" tall
Excellent condition, no cracks in cloisonne, minor surface scratching, typical wear for age.
