The interior features a distinctive channel-back that emphasizes the flowing silhouette while adding comfort, structure, and visual rhythm. The chair has been newly reupholstered in a sophisticated two-fabric combination: Nobilis Arctique on the seat and inner back, a soft, textured, pale beige upholstery, and Knoll Ita on the back and sides, a crisp black-and-white geometric textile that complements and highlights the sculptural profile. Together, they elevate the piece while remaining true to its mid-century character. There is no remaining Craft Associates label, but the original upholstery we replaced was entirely consistent with fabrics commonly found on authenticated Adrian Pearsall pieces. The walnut base retains its rich tone and striking presence, showing only minor wear consistent with age. Structurally sound and newly upholstered, the chair is ready for immediate placement in a living room, reading corner, or design-forward interior.
