This rare and beautiful French Louis XV style Fauteuil Marquise chairs, which are often referred to as ‘The Queens’ chair, are of carved giltwood construction and has been recently fully reupholstered in an oatmeal/ Sand linen. The seat has a separate cushion which has also been reupholstered in the same linen fabric.
Vintage, Excellent pre own condition, *** please note, one of the chairs has a small stain on the bottom part of the cushion, but noting that interfere with the beauty or function. The other chair has like a faded string mark, please see the last two pictures for reference!!***
Beautiful, solid Wood, Good condition. It features French Legs and a pair of zippered pillows.
