Set of 5 Georges Rouault (French 1871-1958) woodcuts on pages from "Passion."
The pages were long ago removed. They can be framed as an entire sheet or you can trim down to the woodcut itself. Two of them exhibit two folds where they were folded to fit in a frame.
The text in "Passion" is by André Suarès (1868-1948) and was published in 1939 in an edition of 270. Most major museums and libraries hold a copy of the bound portfolio including the Met and Buffalo AKG Art Museum.
Each sheet averages 18 x 13 inches. each one has type on the back also.
