The piece features a deeply cast gilt-brass filigree framework in a Rococo revival manner, with scrolling acanthus, latticework, and high-relief ornament seldom encountered in later Hollywood Regency examples.

The amber glass perfume vial is thick, well-finished, and likely of Czech or American workshop manufacture, fitted neatly within the ornamental cage. The original finial and intact glass dauber further indicate careful preservation. Bottles of this scale were produced in limited quantities as presentation pieces for upscale department stores between the 1930s and 1950s.
