At a whopping 105” wide … Read more This incredibly rare postmodern Italian shell bed is a find that won’t come along often! At a whopping 105” wide this headboard would work for anything from a King, California King or Queen. It is made to extend past the bed itself. Made with cut outs in the shell design and lit from inside, so that light will cascade out of and across the three dimensional design. It’s truly a showstopper! In photos the light looks red, but in person it’s a soft warm glow. Selling for a client who bought it for a house she was renovating, but moved before she was able to use it, and it’s wrapped up been in storage ever since. It’s truly spectacular! It has been refitted with LED lights for safety and function, but the original fluorescent fixture was saved and is included if someone should want to use it! It is in astonishingly good condition for its age, with only minimal signs of wear.
