He is black and tan (Should probably be white} and has big brown glass eyes, his mouth opens and closes and makes a growling noise when you pull the chain. His feet are on wheels but not all move. One foot does not have a wheel for some reason which I can’t explain

Condition: Good condition consider he was made in the early 1900’s. I put pictures to show the faults I could fine as far as body condition as stated his feet don’t move He needs a real good cleaning. Looks like he might have rolled around in the mud
