Published circa 1902. The title page is hand signed by the artist in pencil on the bottom right. The series depicts architectural views of Beethoven’s houses. Carl Moll (1861-1945) was an Austrian Art Nouveau painter active in Vienna at the start of the 20th century. He took inspiration from the pointillist techniques of French Impressionists. Carl became a founding member of the Vienna Secession along with other prominent Austrian artists, including famed painter Gustav Klimt. In 2021, Carl Moll’s painting titled “White Interior” sold for $4,756,000. From a private collection. Dimensions: 14 3/8” h x 14”w x 1.25”d (framed). In very good vintage condition. See less
