Thirty different ornaments in various sizes, most … Read more For your consideration is this large lot of Occupied Japan Mercury glass ornaments. Thirty different ornaments in various sizes, most are approximately 1 1/5” or so, roughly 30 mm. Many colors are included and enough to start decorating with immediately. Thirty ornaments in total and they are all singed Japan. These date to the seven years post WWII US occupation period from 1945-1952.

The ornaments are all in good condition. The patina these show cannot be faked, which you will see tried on modern reproductions. Many of the caps that are metal show signs of rust, but the “Japan” mark is somewhat legible on all the pieces.
