An incredible striking rare and large custom finished antiqued gold leaf carved plaster seashell wall mirror.
The mirror features an extremely heavy and hefty carved plaster surround with various sized shaped seashells.
I custom finished the frame with gold leaf and an antique wash. The gold leaf truly makes this piece special and makes the varied seashells pop. The finish almost resembles antiqued brass.
As I stated this mirror is extremely heavy. The back has a built in cable hanger.
The style of this mirror at first glance would lend itself in an obvious Coastal design. However, the antiqued gold finish gives this mirror a punch of glamour and elegance which can fit right in with a Hollywood Regency or Palm Beach style designed room.
