1906 Staffordshire flow blue souvenir pictorial plate made for S. T. Hanger Drug Co. from Portsmouth, VA. Center of the plate features a portrait labeled "The Portraicture of Captayne John Smith Admiral of New England." Six cartouches of local attractions border the edge. Stamped "The Rowland & Marsellius Co. Staffordshire England".
