Mid Century Modern Cavalier Bench. Purchased early 1950's, in New York City and moved to California in the 1980's.
Bench has been in the same family, lovingly cared for over seventy years.
Made by Cavalier Corporation, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Original label attached.
Pattern No: 1654, Run No: 6289
Bench features a pull out drawer 25.5" long x 12" deep x 3" high
2 bass pulls on the drawer and brass "feet" on each leg.
Bench measures 54 -1/8" long x 16" deep x 13-7/8" high
Wood has a beautiful sheen and has been meticulously kept.
Right short edge of bench shows some wear (see photo).
