French bronze candlestick of the directoire era circa 1800 to 1810. A very unusual model with fan like detail on the stem as well as the base . Now mounted as a lamp and weighted with a later verde marble base. The shade is hand painted in dark green. Wired with proper cloth cord.
Height 20 3/4 inches, shade 12 inch diameter base 5 and 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.
