An impressive and RARE Dansk tapered staved teak rectangular cheese board tray; designed by Jens Harald Quistgaard and produced sometime in the early to late 1960's. There's literature and evidence that this model tray was produced in their RARE WOODS line using Pao Rosa (or similar exotic) but rather sure this one is in teak wood! Edge of tray stamped 'DANSK DESIGNS DENMARK JHQ' Approx. 20" x 16-5/8" and about 1/2" thick. 4 lbs., 2 oz.
Originally would have included a bowl but NO BOWL, TRAY ONLY.
