This is a Original Vintage 1940s 5 Cent Mechanical Peanut Vending Machine. The Metal is Aluminum and the "Globe" is Molded Glass. Drop a Nickel in the Plated Brass Coin Slot then Slide the Lever to the Left then Back to the Right ( Original Position ) to Dispense the Peanuts. The Locking Top Unscrews with its Original Brass Key to Fill it with Peanuts, Disassemble for Cleaning and Remove the Coins from the Base - Lower Section. It is in Very Good Original Cosmetic and Working Condition and it Displays Nicely. Some Light Age and Use Related Surface Wear. No Damage to the Glass.
