Japanese Meiji era Cloisonne charger plate. Vibrant green background with intricate multi-colored design of 2 birds amongst colorful chrysanthemum flowers and a butterfly border. The base is turquoise with a scrolling spiral design. All bright and lovely. Measures 12" x 1 1/2" tall
