DESCRIPTION
Wonderful gold painted cast iron wall plaque of First President George Washington in profile. Commemorative plaque, probably issued in the centennial era, ca. 1875. Left-facing profile, with tied-back hair, and military uniform with shoulder epaulettes.
CONDITION
Overall excellent. Some paint loss to the original gilt surface (all visible in the images). A FINE COMMEMORATIVE WASHINGTON CENTENNIAL WALL PLAQUE.
