Of biomorphic oval form, this example features alternating vertical panels of deep forest green and translucent bilberry-violet glass, achieved through the sommerso technique in which layers of colored crystal are fused under heat to produce seamless tonal transitions and exceptional optical depth. The vase’s soft, pebble-like silhouette (the Italian sasso) captures the firm’s modernist restraint and precision craftsmanship.

Etched NASONMORETTI signature to the base; retains original label and presentation box labeled Art. SASSO.11.A / Vaso Diritto Verde Mirtili with accompanying booklet.
