This lovely carved wood bar cabinet, circa 1960s, is a functional accent piece for any space where friends might gather to enjoy a cocktail or two... or three... or four...
Very solid rosewood and mahogany construction. The hand-carved scenery depicts people at work and play amid a background of Asian architecture and nature. Certainly done in the manner of George Zee, but no label present to support that. Clever design offers storage through top, front, sides, and even the corner.
It is in very good vintage condition, with modest wear consistent with age and use. Small interior chip (not visible when front mirrored tray is closed).
Although intended for attractive storage of liquor and accoutrements, it could find utility as jewelry storage, or even a sewing/knitting/craft cabinet.
