Vintage Louis XVI-style Bergère square back chair that has classic lines with fluted legs, x-motif rosettes, scroll arms and a down loose seat cushion. Ready for your vision, the walnut wood frame itself is high-quality, hand-carved and solid hardwood. It will require new upholstery.

- NEEDS NEW UPHOLSTERY. ****THE BOTTOM IS SAGGING AS THERE ARE 2 STRAPS UNDERNEATH THE CHAIR THAT NEED TO BE ATTACHED … moreNEEDS NEW UPHOLSTERY. ****THE BOTTOM IS SAGGING AS THERE ARE 2 STRAPS UNDERNEATH THE CHAIR THAT NEED TO BE ATTACHED BACK TO THE BACK EDGE OF THE FRAME TO SUPPORT THE SPRINGS (see photos).**** The frame finish is in amazing shape for its age. It is solid, heavy, and structurally sound. The fabric is stained and in poor condition, IT WILL REQUIRE NEW UPHOLSTERY. One side of the seat cushion has a large stain (see photo), there is all over sun fading, fraying to trim edges, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase or to send more photos if needed. less
