A rare extremely heavy solid brass turtle candle holder by Frederick Cooper.
The candle holder features a solid brass cute turtle base with a twisted body and a floral like cup. The top has a spike to hold the candle in place.
The underside of the turtle has a Frederick Copper sticker. It's a wonderful piece to set on a mantle or side table.
