A lovely set of Art Nouveau style, 1930's silver plate flatware from the National Silver Company. These pieces have been stored in a tarnish-proof case for many years, all they need is a bit of polishing to get rid of any little bits of tarnish that have developed, mostly in the raised, floral areas on the handles.
