Here is an impressive serving or display piece crystal bowl with a sterling silver base. The bowl features a criss-cross design with thumbprint accents which maximize refraction of light.
Marked on the inner rim as shown in photo (prior to polishing, which shows the lovely patina of time of this era sterling silver). Made by Sheffield Silver Company of Brooklyn, New York.
Condition note: it does have some damage in the base as shown in photos, with no attempt at repair. It does not detract from its beauty or history!
