The legs and trim are Hickory with original bark on them. Large flat surfaces are a pine with a honey color distressed finish. Stand has a nice shelf on bottom to display or store something. This pc was produced by Old Hickory in Shelbyville Indiana. The stand is sturdy and functions properly. Finish is original and pc has original brass tag on the underside. We acquired this pc from a home located on Lake George in upstate NY. Table becomes round when open. This stand would be great for entrance way, center hall table or living room stand. See less
