Gold leaf Sphere in the style of Mathias Goeritz on round gold leaf stand.
The sphere measures 8” and weighs approximately 2 lbs.
The sphere rests on a round gold leaf circle stand. The stand appears to be made of a type of hard fiberglass material. I am unsure what base material the sphere is made of but would assume it could also be made of the same type of material.
It is unsigned. It is non magnetic.
I purchased the sphere from an estate sale.
